Belgrano feels like somewhere to establish a routine rather than race through a sightseeing list. Avenida Cabildo supplies everyday shopping, Juramento brings museums and neighborhood landmarks, and Barrancas and Barrio Chino give you attractive outings without going downtown. It is particularly appealing when parks, groceries, and ordinary meals matter as much as monuments.
