Best for: art-loving couples; swimmers and gym users; design-focused city breaks
Watch out for: expensive valet parking; occasional housekeeping and service lapses; limited dining variety immediately nearby
Location: Downtown West, convenient for City Museum and Enterprise Center, but not the liveliest immediate surroundings.
Rooms: Generally spacious and comfortable; some guests flag maintenance issues.
Cleanliness: Strong overall guest feedback, with a minority reporting missed or uneven housekeeping.
Service: Staff friendliness stands out; dining speed and problem handling are less consistent.
Amenities: Contemporary art galleries, indoor lap pool, substantial gym, spa services, Idol Wolf and Good Press café.
Fees and surprises: Valet and breakfast cost extra; Expedia also lists a service fee and a pet charge.
