Axel's take: 8.3/10

A strong marina base with friendly staff, but check the all-inclusive fine print. a 4-star all-suite resort on Cabo’s marina, not the beach, scored for what it is.

Marina Fiesta is a 4-star all-suite resort for travelers who want Cabo outside their door rather than a secluded beachfront stay. We’d pick it for walkable restaurants, boat trips and nightlife, with Medano Beach roughly ten minutes away. Recent Tripadvisor and Expedia guests repeatedly praise housekeeping and helpful staff. Kitchenettes add flexibility, while the optional Dine Out plan makes selected marina restaurants part of the all-inclusive experience.

The trade-offs are an older property, some reports of nighttime music and persistent sales pitches. All-inclusive still has exclusions: the hotel lists premium-food supplements and room-service delivery charges, and guests describe repeated tab-signing. Several spring 2026 Tripadvisor reviewers also reported unexpected relocation to another property; reconfirm your reservation directly. It’s good value for exploring Cabo, but we’d skip it for guaranteed quiet or polished luxury.

• Best for: fishing and boat-trip travelers; couples exploring Cabo on foot; families wanting kitchenettes

• Watch out for: nightlife noise and sales pitches; all-inclusive exclusions and tab-signing; reported spring 2026 relocations

• Location: Directly on the marina, walkable to dining and boat departures; Medano Beach is nearby, not onsite.

• Rooms: Suites offer kitchenettes or kitchens and balconies; some guests flag dated finishes.

• Cleanliness: Housekeeping and clean rooms earn consistent praise across Tripadvisor and Expedia.

• Service: Friendly frontline staff are a strength; sales pressure and relocation handling draw criticism.

• Amenities: Two outdoor pools, a children’s pool, swim-up bar, spa and optional marina dine-out plan.

• Fees and surprises: City tourism charges and a refundable deposit apply; premium dishes and room-service delivery cost extra.
