#5 of 9 hotels in Tourist Corridor by Axel's take. Tourist Corridor is #5 of 8 places to stay in Los Cabos. The best hotels in Tourist Corridor, ranked · Where to stay in Los Cabos

Axel's take: 8.7/10

A strong beachfront condo choice, provided you check the exact unit and access rules. Mid-range beachfront vacation condos, separate from the adjoining all-inclusive hotel, scored for what it is.

Casa del Mar is a collection of beachfront vacation condos at Cabo Real, not the Cabo Azul Hilton linked in the catalog. It’s a strong pick for travelers who want a kitchen, ocean views and quiet grounds rather than a conventional hotel stay. Expedia and Hotels.com show excellent guest ratings, with recent praise for cleanliness, comfortable beds, pools and well-kept landscaping; those sites share much of the same review pool.

The catch is that you’re booking an individual condo, so condition, communication and resort privileges need checking unit by unit. A few 2026 guests report leaks or difficulty getting help, although positive experiences dominate. Confirm hotel-facility access and any associated fees in writing, and plan transport for outings. We’d skip it if you want seamless full-service hospitality or a beach primarily for swimming.

  • Best for: Couples seeking a quiet beachfront base; Families wanting kitchens and laundry; Independent travelers with transport

  • Watch out for: Unit condition and management vary; Hotel amenities may carry fees or restrictions; Strong surf limits beach swimming

  • Location: Beachfront at Cabo Real between the two towns; plan transport for dining and sightseeing.

  • Rooms: Kitchens and laundry are useful strengths; verify current photos and maintenance of the specific condo.

  • Cleanliness: Recent reviews are overwhelmingly positive about cleanliness, despite isolated exceptions.

  • Service: Many guests praise helpful hosts, but check-in communication and maintenance response are not uniformly reliable.

  • Amenities: Condo pools are a draw; access to hotel pools, dining, spa, gym and beach club needs individual confirmation.

  • Fees and surprises: The supplied Hilton website is for another property; confirm resort-access charges and cleaning fees with your condo manager.
