Axel's take: 7.6/10

Useful kitchens and welcoming staff, but maintenance and construction temper the appeal. A practical 3-star, all-suite extended-stay hotel in north Colorado Springs, scored for what it is.

This 3-star extended-stay hotel is a good fit for families who want kitchen facilities rather than downtown atmosphere. Suites have full-size fridges, stovetops and dishwashers; breakfast, parking and laundry are included. Expedia and Booking.com guest feedback repeatedly praises helpful staff, comfortable layouts and mountain views. We'd consider it for a longer, car-based stay, though its strong overall ratings don't tell the whole recent story.

Maintenance is the catch: recent guests describe worn finishes, occasional cleaning misses and unreliable equipment. Summer 2026 reviews across sites report pool closures and green water; IHG lists the outdoor pool as seasonal, not indoor. An October 14, 2026 guest review also reports daytime construction with loud power tools outside the room. Confirm work schedules before booking, and skip it if quiet daytime downtime or dependable swimming is essential.

• Best for: Families needing kitchen-equipped suites; Longer stays with a car; Pet owners

• Watch out for: Daytime construction reported in October 2026; Seasonal outdoor pool with recent maintenance complaints; Uneven upkeep and occasional noise

• Location: Convenient north-side base near I-25; better suited to driving than a downtown walking holiday.

• Rooms: Practical kitchen-equipped suites, but recent reviews flag worn finishes, equipment faults and some noise.

• Cleanliness: Mostly praised, with enough recent carpet, odor and cleaning complaints to suggest uneven consistency.

• Service: Friendly, helpful staff are a recurring strength, though maintenance follow-through varies.

• Amenities: Included breakfast and laundry, gym and weekday socials; outdoor pool operates Memorial Day through Labor Day.

• Fees and surprises: Parking and Wi-Fi are free; pets incur a nonrefundable fee, housekeeping is light-touch, and recent construction warrants checking.
