Axel's take: 9.1/10

Excellent brunch and warm hospitality make this adults-only B&B a strong, unconventional pick. An upscale, cannabis-friendly B&B for adults 21 and over, scored for what it is.

INNhale is an upscale, cannabis-friendly B&B in Manitou Springs, not a conventional four-star resort. It’s a strong pick for adults who prefer a sociable house atmosphere to a big hotel. Recent Expedia, Tripadvisor and other booking-site guests consistently praise comfortable beds, clean rooms and freshly cooked breakfasts. Included brunch, welcoming communal spaces and an easy walk into town give it substance beyond the cannabis-friendly concept.

The main trade-off is the informal setup: several recent guests describe phone-assisted self-check-in rather than an always-present host. Room layouts differ, so choose carefully if privacy or space matters. The onsite Exhale spa is intimate, and chef dinners require advance booking and cost extra. We’d skip it for families, anyone uncomfortable around cannabis, or travelers expecting round-the-clock resort service.

• Best for: Cannabis-friendly adult getaways; Sociable couples and solo travelers; Travelers bringing dogs

• Watch out for: Strictly ages 21 and over; Phone-assisted self-check-in; Room sizes and layouts vary

• Location: In Manitou Springs, within walking distance of downtown shops and restaurants.

• Rooms: Comfortable beds draw repeated praise; compare individual room descriptions before booking.

• Cleanliness: Strong recent feedback across sites, including Expedia’s excellent cleanliness rating.

• Service: Friendly staff and breakfast chefs stand out, but a host may not be onsite throughout your stay.

• Amenities: Included brunch, communal kitchen, free parking, EV charging and an intimate appointment-based spa.

• Fees and surprises: Pet fees apply; spa treatments and advance-booked chef dinners cost extra; ordinary meals are not cannabis-infused.
