Axel's take: 7.5/10

Roomy suites and a worthwhile breakfast, but maintenance remains uneven. A 3-star all-suite hotel off I-25 in northern Colorado Springs, scored for what it is.

This 3-star all-suite hotel off I-25 is a good fit for families who want extra space and breakfast included. Recent Expedia and Hotels.com guests repeatedly praise the clean, spacious suites, friendly staff and cooked-to-order breakfast. The complimentary evening reception adds value, and the indoor pool gives children something to do between outings. We'd consider it a practical base for exploring by car rather than a walkable city stay.

The trade-off is inconsistent upkeep. Hilton now calls the property recently renovated, but summer 2026 guests reported construction disruption, and elevator problems continued into September. Other recurring complaints include small bathrooms, sound carrying between rooms and queues at breakfast or the reception. Parking also costs extra. We'd skip it for a quiet work trip; before booking, confirm that renovation work and elevator repairs are finished.

• Best for: Families wanting separate living space; Sightseeing trips with a car; Travelers who value an included breakfast

• Watch out for: Recent renovation and elevator disruption; Small bathrooms and room-to-room noise; Paid parking

• Location: Convenient I-25 access for northern Colorado Springs and Air Force Academy visits; best with a car.

• Rooms: Spacious suites with separate living areas; bathroom size, soundproofing and condition draw mixed feedback.

• Cleanliness: Generally praised in recent reviews, although occasional bathroom and odor complaints remain.

• Service: Friendly staff are a consistent strength; busy periods can bring queues and uneven follow-through.

• Amenities: Included cooked-to-order breakfast and evening reception, plus an indoor pool, hot tub, gym and restaurant.

• Fees and surprises: Parking and pets incur charges; Hilton advertises recent renovation, but completion of all work and elevator repairs is unconfirmed.
