Tripadvisor and Expedia guests repeatedly praise the cleanliness, comfortable beds and helpful staff, especially the concierge team. The location makes downtown exploring easy, while Tides, the rooftop bar and the spa give you reasons to stay in. We'd favor a harbor-view room: the setting is a substantial part of the appeal.

The trade-offs matter at this level. Several guests find standard rooms compact or dim, and dining service gets less consistent praise than the front desk.
