Axel's take: 8.8/10

A strong, dependable pick for Aksarben, with restaurants an easy walk away. a comfortable 3-star business hotel in walkable Aksarben Village, scored for what it is.

This 3-star Courtyard is a strong pick for business trips, UNO visits and Baxter Arena events, especially if you want restaurants within walking distance. Its appeal is straightforward: comfortable rooms, easy parking and consistently well-reviewed staff. Recent Expedia guests repeatedly praise clean, quiet rooms and efficient check-in; Booking.com guests echo the cleanliness and convenient location. It delivers the practical comforts this class should promise.

The trade-offs are modest but worth knowing. Breakfast costs extra, and Marriott confirms there is no airport shuttle. A recent Tripadvisor guest noted bathroom wear and some hallway noise, though these do not dominate the broader feedback. We'd choose it for a comfortable neighborhood base, but skip it if included breakfast or walking access to downtown sights matters most.

• Best for: business travelers in Aksarben; UNO visitors and Baxter Arena trips; travelers who want walkable dining

• Watch out for: breakfast costs extra; no airport shuttle; not a downtown sightseeing base

• Location: Walkable dining and convenient access to UNO and Baxter Arena are the main advantages.

• Rooms: Comfortable, generally quiet rooms; occasional bathroom wear and hallway noise appear in guest feedback.

• Cleanliness: A clear strength across recent Expedia reviews and Booking.com guest feedback.

• Service: Guests repeatedly praise friendly, professional staff and straightforward check-in.

• Amenities: Indoor pool, fitness center and The Bistro cover the expected business-hotel basics.

• Fees and surprises: On-site parking is complimentary; breakfast is not included, and pets are not allowed.
