#5 of 9 hotels in Olympiapark & BMW Welt by Axel's take. Olympiapark & BMW Welt is #8 of 9 places to stay in Munich. The best hotels in Olympiapark & BMW Welt, ranked · Where to stay in Munich

Axel's take: 8.0/10

A strong self-catering base, with digital-only service and summer-comfort caveats. a modern, self-service mid-range aparthotel in Moosach, scored for what it is.

Numa Munich Viktoria is a modern, self-service mid-range aparthotel: a strong pick for independent travelers who want a kitchenette rather than hotel fuss. Booking.com and Expedia guests consistently praise cleanliness, comfortable beds and useful room facilities. The gym, laundry and coworking space make longer stays practical, while nearby shops and the Olympia-Einkaufszentrum U-Bahn help offset being outside central Munich.

The compromises are worth taking seriously. There is no conventional reception; PIN entry often earns praise, but recent guests also describe frustrating access or support problems. Several reviews flag overheating in warmer weather and traffic noise when windows are open. Numa currently warns of nearby construction noise, too. We'd skip it if you need hands-on service, dependable cool sleeping conditions or sightseeing straight from the doorstep.

  • Best for: independent travelers who like self-catering; longer business stays; gym-minded travelers

  • Watch out for: nearby construction and possible noise; summer overheating complaints; digital-only reception and support

  • Location: Moosach base near shopping; the Olympia-Einkaufszentrum U-Bahn is roughly 560 metres away.

  • Rooms: Modern studios and apartments with cooking facilities; comfortable beds, but recurring warm-weather heat complaints.

  • Cleanliness: A consistent strength across major review sites, with strong cleanliness ratings.

  • Service: PIN self-check-in and round-the-clock remote support; problem handling receives more mixed feedback.

  • Amenities: Gym, coworking space, laundry, luggage storage and Wi-Fi support independent longer stays.

  • Fees and surprises: Parking costs extra, housekeeping is weekly, and Numa currently discloses nearby construction.
