Generous suites and attentive staff impress, but neighboring construction compromises the escape. an upscale all-suite resort with villas and residences outside Cabo San Lucas, scored for what it is.

Vista Encantada is an upscale all-suite resort with villas and residences, best suited to families and friends who want room to spread out. Full kitchens, substantial terraces and plunge pools in selected categories make it especially practical for groups. Tripadvisor and Expedia guests repeatedly praise the housekeeping and attentive staff, while the rooftop pool, gym and spa give you reasons to stay on property. It’s a strong pick for a pool-focused holiday—with one substantial reservation.

Neighboring resort construction is the current catch: August and October 2026 guests report noise and obstructed ocean views, although others were less affected. Confirm your exact suite’s outlook before committing. The rocky beach is not swimmable, downtown requires transport, and all-inclusive does not mean every service is covered. We’d skip it for guaranteed quiet, uninterrupted views or swimming straight from the beach.

• Best for: families needing multi-bedroom suites; friends sharing a residence; pool and spa holidays

• Watch out for: neighboring construction noise and blocked views; rocky, non-swimmable beach; all-inclusive exclusions

• Location: Outside central Cabo; the hotel puts downtown roughly 10–15 minutes away by road and offers a shuttle.

• Rooms: Exceptionally spacious layouts with full kitchens; selected categories have private plunge pools, but construction affects some outlooks.

• Cleanliness: A consistent strength: guests repeatedly praise housekeeping and well-maintained rooms and grounds.

• Service: Concierges, butlers and pool staff earn frequent praise; recent guests also describe help with room changes.

• Amenities: Rooftop pool, gym, spa and family facilities are the draw; the beach is unsuitable for swimming.

• Fees and surprises: Room-only and all-inclusive plans differ; the official FAQ says room service costs extra even on all-inclusive. Checkout is 10 a.m.
