Axel's take: 8.1/10

Pick it for beach access and downtown fun, not flawless dining or quiet. an upscale, adults-only all-inclusive between Cabo’s marina and Médano Beach, scored for what it is.

Breathless is an upscale, adults-only all-inclusive whose biggest advantage is its location: swimmable Médano Beach on one side, Cabo’s marina and walkable nightlife on the other. It’s a strong pick for sociable couples and friends who want to explore without surrendering resort conveniences. Recent Expedia and Tripadvisor guests repeatedly praise the helpful staff, cleanliness and marina views. Two infinity pools, including a livelier DJ-led scene, give days some variety.

The all-inclusive dining is less dependable: enthusiastic reports sit alongside recurring complaints about mediocre food and slow meals. Suites have furnished balconies, but don’t expect cutting-edge luxury throughout. Noise matters too: October 2026 guests report construction behind the building, alongside party noise; ask about work affecting your room before booking. We’d skip it for a hushed honeymoon or a food-first vacation.

• Best for: couples who like a lively atmosphere; friends mixing beach days with nightlife; travelers exploring Cabo on foot

• Watch out for: uneven food and restaurant service; party noise and reported nearby construction; some rooms feel dated

• Location: Excellent marina setting beside Médano Beach, with downtown restaurants and bars within walking distance.

• Rooms: Marina-view suites with furnished balconies or terraces; comfortable rather than consistently cutting-edge.

• Cleanliness: A clear strength across recent reviews, with a particularly strong Expedia cleanliness rating.

• Service: Friendly, attentive staff earn repeated praise; restaurant pacing is less consistent.

• Amenities: Two outdoor infinity pools, gym, spa and included 24-hour room service; expect poolside music and events.

• Fees and surprises: Airport transfers and spa treatments cost extra; October 2026 reviews report construction noise behind the building.
