Axel's take: 8.5/10

A strong airport stopover with roomy suites and notably friendly staff. a practical 3-star all-suite hotel near Fort Myers airport, scored for what it is.

This practical 3-star all-suite hotel is a strong pick for an airport overnight or a short family stay. Expedia and Booking.com guests consistently praise clean, spacious rooms, while Tripadvisor reviews reinforce the standout feature: helpful, welcoming staff. Marriott now labels the property fully renovated, and a hotel announcement confirms refreshed suites and lobby. Free hot breakfast, parking, and an airport shuttle make the package good value for its class.

The trade-offs are mostly practical. This is an airport-area base, not a beach stay, and the suites have microwaves and mini-fridges rather than full kitchens. The shuttle requires a reservation and runs from 4:30 a.m. to midnight; housekeeping is every other day. We'd skip it for a car-free beach vacation, but it makes sense for flights and spring-training trips.

• Best for: airport stopovers; families wanting extra room; spring-training visitors

• Watch out for: shuttle reservation and limited hours; housekeeping every other day; not a beachfront location

• Location: Convenient for RSW and spring-training venues; better suited to driving than a beach-focused stay.

• Rooms: Spacious studio suites with sitting areas, microwaves and mini-fridges; renovation is reported complete.

• Cleanliness: A consistent strength in recent guest feedback across booking sites.

• Service: Friendly, accommodating front-desk staff receive repeated praise across sites.

• Amenities: Free hot breakfast, outdoor pool, whirlpool, gym and a reservable airport shuttle.

• Fees and surprises: On-site parking is free; pets incur a nonrefundable fee; shuttle runs 4:30 a.m.–midnight.
