Axel's take: 7.7/10

A good base for nights out, but a risky choice for light sleepers. a modern 3-star in Cleveland’s Flats East Bank nightlife district, scored for what it is.

This modern 3-star in the Flats East Bank makes most sense if Cleveland’s restaurants, bars and waterfront are part of your plans. We’d pick it for a social weekend rather than a restful retreat. Recent Expedia guests repeatedly praise clean rooms, comfortable bedding and helpful staff; Booking.com’s overall ratings also support solid comfort and cleanliness. The gym, lobby bar and on-site dining round out a useful mid-range package.

The catch is sleep. Tripadvisor and Expedia guests report intrusive music from nearby venues, and management acknowledges that surrounding nightlife can continue into the early morning. A room change may not solve it. Parking and breakfast cost extra, and the garage’s different elevator levels can take some figuring out. It’s a good fit for nightlife-focused travelers; we’d skip it for an early-start business trip or a quiet family break.

• Best for: nightlife-focused weekend trips; couples exploring the Flats; travelers bringing pets

• Watch out for: late-night music from neighboring venues; parking and breakfast cost extra; confusing garage elevator connections

• Location: Walkable Flats East Bank setting, with restaurants, bars and waterfront nearby.

• Rooms: Comfortable beds and some water views; outside music can undermine sleep.

• Cleanliness: A consistent strength in recent Expedia feedback and Booking.com category ratings.

• Service: Recent guests generally praise helpful staff, though Tripadvisor feedback is less consistent.

• Amenities: Gym, lobby bar and on-site dining; no hotel pool or airport shuttle.

• Fees and surprises: Self-parking and valet are charged; breakfast is not complimentary.
