This aging, full-service downtown hotel permanently closed on January 30, 2026, according to its operator’s notice filed with Ohio. Hilton’s former property page now redirects to other Cleveland DoubleTrees. It should not be considered for a new stay; our assessment reflects its pre-closure record. Its strongest draw was the location near the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, with some lake-view rooms and frequent praise for helpful employees.

Before closure, the drawbacks went beyond dated décor.
