Axel's take: 8.8/10

A strong north Bogotá base, with generous rooms and notably warm service. a five-star business hotel near Usaquén, scored for what it is.

This five-star business hotel in Teleport Business Park is a strong pick for north Bogotá, especially if you want Usaquén’s restaurants within walking distance. Booking.com and Expedia guests consistently praise cleanliness, comfortable rooms and breakfast, while recent Tripadvisor reviews repeatedly single out staff for thoughtful service. We'd choose it for dependable comfort and hospitality rather than a distinctive boutique atmosphere.

The main compromise is geography: this is not a convenient walking base for the historic center. The hotel also currently warns that rooms have no heating. Although its official site advertises a heated indoor pool, booking-site notices still flag wet-area renovations and an unavailable Jacuzzi; confirm access before booking a spa-focused stay. We'd skip it if downtown sightseeing or guaranteed wellness facilities are your priority.

• Best for: business travelers in north Bogotá; couples exploring Usaquén; travelers prioritizing spacious rooms

• Watch out for: far from the historic center; no room heating currently; confirm Jacuzzi and wet-area availability

• Location: Teleport Business Park, within walking distance of Usaquén dining; less convenient for downtown sightseeing.

• Rooms: Spacious, comfortable rooms with city or mountain views; the hotel currently reports no heating.

• Cleanliness: A clear strength across Booking.com, Expedia and Tripadvisor, despite occasional individual complaints.

• Service: Recent guests repeatedly praise helpful reception, restaurant and bar staff.

• Amenities: Heated indoor pool, gym and spa advertised; pool users need bathing caps, and wellness-access notices conflict.

• Fees and surprises: Parking is free for guests; breakfast inclusion varies, and pets and spa treatments cost extra.
