Good northern Bogotá value, provided you can live with dated rooms and basic facilities.

Casa La Riviera is a simple 3-star, guesthouse-style hotel rather than a full-service property. We'd consider it a good-value base for appointments or business in northern Bogotá. Booking.com and Expedia guests regularly praise the location, helpful staff and cleanliness, including several positive stays in 2026. The hotel's own site lists 18 rooms, private bathrooms and an included American breakfast.

The compromise is polish: Expedia and Agoda guests describe aging bedding and uneven bathroom maintenance, although newer feedback is generally more encouraging. Breakfast is simple, and one January 2026 Booking.com guest found Wi-Fi did not reach the bedrooms. There is no elevator, and parking costs extra.
