Axel's take: 6.5/10

A workable budget stop, but comfort and reliability are mixed. a basic independent budget hotel in Fontibón, scored for what it is.

Hotel Business is a basic independent budget hotel in Fontibón, not the Courtyard by Marriott linked in the catalog. We'd consider it for a short, no-frills stay when this part of Bogotá suits your plans. Booking.com ratings sit in the high sixes, while Expedia's smaller review sample is weaker. Cleanliness earns some positive comments, and friendly staff feature in the limited recent feedback, including an August 2026 Hotels.com review.

The trade-off is uneven delivery of the basics. Two February 2025 Expedia guests reported no hot water; one also found the double bed small and pillows hard. Those reports are older, not proof of a continuing fault, but worth checking before booking. Free Wi-Fi and parking are listed, though Booking.com's Wi-Fi score is weak. We'd skip it for a comfort-focused stay or dependable working internet.

• Best for: budget travelers with plans in Fontibón; short, no-frills stays

• Watch out for: older reports of missing hot water; weak guest ratings for Wi-Fi; catalog website belongs to another hotel

• Location: Carrera 102 No. 17A-64 in Fontibón; choose it for local plans rather than central sightseeing.

• Rooms: Basic private-bathroom rooms; limited feedback flags small beds and hard pillows.

• Cleanliness: Some guests praise cleaning, but aggregate scores suggest acceptable rather than consistently strong standards.

• Service: Friendly staff receive praise, although the small review sample includes a poorly handled early departure.

• Amenities: Listings include Wi-Fi, room service, laundry, luggage storage and a 24-hour front desk.

• Fees and surprises: Free parking is advertised, but listings disagree about its location; confirm parking and arrival arrangements directly.
