South of Honl’s Beach, Aliʻi Drive shifts toward low-rise condos and ocean-facing lanais. Around Lunapule Road and farther toward Aliʻi Gardens Marketplace, the appeal is a home-style routine: breakfast in, ocean watching and driving out for the day. Pick this for a longer stay rather than a packed sightseeing weekend.

Oceanfront does not automatically mean a swimming beach: much of this coast is lava-edged. Nor does an Aliʻi Drive address guarantee an easy dinner walk; northern and farther-south condos give different stays. Choose it for self-catering independence, but skip it if you want to step straight into either town life or a sandy bay.
