Strong pyramid views and helpful staff, but road noise is the trade-off. A simple independent 3-star near Giza’s pyramids and Grand Egyptian Museum, scored for what it is.

Nozol is a simple independent 3-star that makes a strong base for the pyramids and Grand Egyptian Museum, rather than a resort-style stay. Booking.com and Expedia guests repeatedly praise helpful staff, clean rooms and the rooftop restaurant’s pyramid views. Rooms are generally spacious for this class, and the overall feedback supports a good-value verdict. Book a specifically named pyramid-view category if that outlook matters; not every room has it.

The main compromise is sleep: traffic noise recurs across several sites, including recent reviews of pyramid-facing rooms. Expect to use taxis rather than comfortably walk everywhere. Tripadvisor guests also report limited hot water, while some guests question hotel-arranged transport charges. Don’t book for wellness facilities without written confirmation: Expedia advertises a spa, but a July 2026 guest reported neither a pool nor spa. We’d skip it for quiet nights or a facilities-led holiday.

• Best for: Pyramid and museum sightseeing; Value-minded travelers; Travelers prioritizing views over facilities

• Watch out for: Persistent road noise, including in pyramid-view rooms; Uncertain spa availability; Confirm transport charges before agreeing

• Location: Convenient for Giza’s main sights, but guests often recommend taxis over walking.

• Rooms: Generally spacious and comfortable; views vary by category, and some guests report limited hot water.

• Cleanliness: Strong overall cleanliness feedback, with occasional bathroom complaints.

• Service: Friendly, helpful staff are one of the most consistent positives across sites.

• Amenities: Rooftop restaurant and breakfast are highlights; confirm spa availability rather than trusting listing labels.

• Fees and surprises: Airport transfers cost extra; confirm transport and tax inclusions. The supplied official website currently displays unrelated content.
