Recent Expedia guests often praise clean, updated rooms and helpful staff; Tripadvisor also has positive reports. Still, the experience is uneven rather than reliably good.
Tripadvisor and Trip.com guests repeatedly describe dirty floors, stained bedding, smoke smells and maintenance faults, alongside much happier stays. Noise is another recurring drawback, and there's no elevator. A September 2026 guest reports street construction directly in front of the hotel. Wyndham advertises a seasonal outdoor pool, but a June guest says there was no pool available: confirm before counting on it. We'd skip it for a restful family break or if consistent housekeeping is essential.
