Room to spread out and a strong breakfast, but upkeep is uneven. a mid-range, all-suite hotel in Cleveland’s Independence suburbs, scored for what it is.

This mid-range, all-suite hotel in Independence is a practical Cleveland base if you have a car and prioritize space over polish. Separate living rooms make the suites useful for families, while the included cooked-to-order breakfast is the most consistently praised feature. Booking.com guests repeatedly applaud the omelets and helpful staff; the evening reception adds another useful extra. We’d consider it for a short suburban stay rather than a walkable downtown break.

The compromise is consistency. Recent guests describe worn furnishings, stained carpets and bathrooms needing more attention, alongside plenty of clean, comfortable stays. Busy weekends can bring noisy groups and a crowded indoor pool; some guests report timed swimming reservations. Hilton’s pages also disagree about whether parking is complimentary, so confirm before arrival. There is no airport shuttle. We’d skip it for reliably quiet nights or freshly updated rooms.

• Best for: families wanting separate living space; travelers exploring Cleveland by car; short suburban business stays

• Watch out for: uneven housekeeping and worn room finishes; group noise and pool crowding; conflicting parking information

• Location: Suburban Independence near I-77 and I-480; downtown Cleveland is a drive away.

• Rooms: Two-room suites with microwaves and refrigerators; condition varies, with recurring wear complaints.

• Cleanliness: Many guests report clean stays, but recent bathroom and carpet complaints warrant attention.

• Service: Helpful staff earn repeated praise, though problem handling is not consistently strong.

• Amenities: Included breakfast and evening reception, restaurant, gym and indoor pool; confirm pool reservation rules.

• Fees and surprises: Hilton’s homepage lists free parking, but its hotel-information page lists a charge; pets incur a fee and no airport shuttle operates.
