This mid-range Marriott airport hotel is a reasonable one-night stop, rather than somewhere we'd choose for a Charlotte vacation. Booking.com and Expedia guests generally praise comfortable rooms, cleanliness and helpful staff, and the Bistro gives you an on-site dinner option. The free airport shuttle is useful, though Tripadvisor reviews describe both smooth transfers and frustrating waits.
The main caveat is renovation disruption. Work was scheduled to finish September 30, 2026, but completion isn't confirmed; August and September guests reported an unavailable pool, elevator outages and a closed business center. Confirm those facilities before booking, especially if stairs would be difficult. Room-condition complaints also temper the otherwise positive cleanliness picture. Breakfast and parking cost extra.
