An unusually strong Hampton for comfort and location, though parking now costs extra.
This limited-service Hampton is a strong pick for SouthPark: more polished than its modest category suggests, without pretending to be a luxury hotel. Tripadvisor, Booking.com and Expedia guests consistently praise clean, spacious rooms, comfortable beds and the walkable shopping-and-dining location. Recent Expedia reviews remain particularly positive about upkeep and helpful staff. Included hot breakfast adds practical value.
The main catch is parking: Hilton now lists a daily charge, despite older reviews describing it as free, and one September 2026 guest reported difficulty finding a space. A few recent Tripadvisor guests also describe an indifferent reception, although broader service feedback remains strong. The pool is outdoors, not indoors. We'd choose it for SouthPark shopping or business; we'd skip it for a trip centered on walking around Uptown.

An unusually strong Hampton for comfort and location, though parking now costs extra. A polished limited-service hotel in SouthPark’s shopping district, scored for what it is.

Best for: SouthPark shopping weekends; Business travelers visiting SouthPark; Families wanting spacious rooms and breakfast
Watch out for: Daily parking charge; availability drew a recent complaint; Outdoor pool, not an indoor pool; Not a walkable base for Uptown
Location: Shops and restaurants are close on foot; Hilton places Uptown eight miles away.
Rooms: Guests repeatedly praise spacious, comfortable rooms and well-kept interiors.
Cleanliness: Consistently strong across sources, including recent verified Expedia reviews.
Service: Mostly praised, with a few recent Tripadvisor reports of an unwelcoming reception.
Amenities: Free hot breakfast and Wi-Fi, a fitness center and an outdoor pool.
Fees and surprises: Self-parking is charged daily; pets incur a nonrefundable fee, and no airport shuttle is offered.
