Axel's take: 8.1/10

A dependable Burlington-area base, but don't choose it for the pool. a no-frills 3-star roadside hotel outside Burlington, scored for what it is.

This no-frills 3-star in Williston is a strong pick for a practical overnight or a Burlington-area trip with a car. Recent Expedia guests repeatedly praise clean, comfortable rooms, welcoming staff and a breakfast with plenty of choices; Tripadvisor feedback broadly supports those strengths. Free parking and hot breakfast make it good value when you don't need a downtown address.

The trade-offs are the suburban setting and an outdoor pool that deserves a call before booking: several summer 2026 guests reported questionable water cleanliness or closures, although others enjoyed swimming. Marriott confirms there is no airport shuttle, despite conflicting third-party listings, and housekeeping is every other day. We'd skip it for a walkable Burlington weekend or a family stay built around swimming; otherwise, it delivers the basics well.

• Best for: road-trippers and overnight stops; Burlington-area visitors with a car; travelers who value included breakfast and parking

• Watch out for: seasonal outdoor pool with recurring condition and availability complaints; no airport shuttle; suburban location rather than downtown Burlington

• Location: Convenient for I-89, shopping and restaurants; a car is useful for Burlington visits.

• Rooms: Generally comfortable and well received; request a room away from the road for quieter surroundings.

• Cleanliness: Recent feedback is predominantly positive, with occasional housekeeping misses rather than a dominant cleanliness problem.

• Service: Friendly, helpful staff are a consistent strength across guest-review sites.

• Amenities: Included hot breakfast, gym and laundry; the pool is seasonal and outdoors, not indoors.

• Fees and surprises: On-site parking is free during your stay; no airport shuttle, and housekeeping is every other day.
