Axel's take: 8.5/10

A strong family base with useful kitchens, generous extras and a few maintenance niggles. a practical 3-star extended-stay hotel in suburban West Seneca, scored for what it is.

This 3-star, all-suite hotel in West Seneca is a strong pick for families and longer stays, particularly if you're driving. Fully equipped kitchens, free parking and complimentary laundry make it genuinely practical. Expedia and Tripadvisor guests repeatedly praise the spacious rooms, breakfast and friendly staff; recent Expedia reviews remain especially positive about cleanliness. We'd choose it for useful comforts and good value rather than distinctive design.

The trade-off is consistency in the details: reviews across sites mention noisy heating and air conditioning, plus occasional room-maintenance problems. These aren't the dominant experience, but light sleepers should take note. You're outside downtown Buffalo, and the hotel provides no complimentary local shuttle. We'd skip it for a car-free city break; it makes more sense for families, work trips and stadium visits.

• Best for: families wanting kitchen-equipped suites; longer stays with a car; Bills fans and stadium visitors

• Watch out for: noisy heating and air conditioning in some rooms; occasional room-maintenance issues; suburban location without a free local shuttle

• Location: Convenient to I-90 and stadium trips; better suited to drivers than downtown sightseeing on foot.

• Rooms: Spacious suites with full kitchens; some guests report noisy HVAC and minor maintenance faults.

• Cleanliness: Strong overall feedback, including recent Expedia reviews, despite occasional housekeeping misses.

• Service: Friendly, helpful staff are a recurring strength; problem handling is not uniformly praised.

• Amenities: Indoor saltwater pool, gym, free breakfast and laundry, plus Monday–Wednesday evening socials.

• Fees and surprises: Parking and Wi-Fi are included; pets incur a nonrefundable fee, and there is no on-site restaurant.
