Axel's take: 7.8/10

A practical Buffalo base with friendly staff, but check the pool before booking. a simple, limited-service highway hotel in West Seneca, scored for what it is.

This simple, limited-service hotel off I-90 is a good pick for drivers visiting Buffalo’s Southtowns or heading to a Bills game. Its strongest selling points are straightforward: free parking, included hot breakfast, and staff who repeatedly earn praise. Recent Expedia guests generally describe clean, comfortable rooms, while Booking.com’s more restrained overall rating suggests a solid stay rather than a standout. We'd choose it for convenience and useful basics, not stylish surroundings.

Room upkeep is less consistent than the welcome: guests across sites mention occasional cleaning misses, maintenance issues and worn interiors. The indoor pool and hot tub also generated repeated closure complaints during spring and summer 2026; listings and later reviews do not establish their current status clearly, so confirm directly. Skip it if swimming is essential or you want downtown Buffalo on your doorstep.

• Best for: road-trip stopovers; Bills fans with a car; families wanting breakfast included

• Watch out for: confirm pool and hot tub availability; uneven room upkeep; suburban location best suited to drivers

• Location: Convenient to I-90 and the Southtowns; not a downtown sightseeing base.

• Rooms: Traditional rooms and suites with microwaves and refrigerators; condition varies.

• Cleanliness: Mostly positive recent reports, with recurring but minority complaints about missed cleaning.

• Service: Friendly, helpful front-desk staff are the most consistent strength.

• Amenities: Free hot breakfast, Wi-Fi, parking and a gym; pool and hot tub status needs confirmation.

• Fees and surprises: Pets incur an extra charge, and a deposit is required; confirm facility availability before booking.
