Axel's take: 8.8/10

A strong all-suite choice for space, helpful staff and longer Buffalo stays. A modern 3-star Marriott all-suite hotel in Allentown, scored for what it is.

This 3-star Marriott extended-stay hotel in Allentown gets the practical things right: spacious suites with proper kitchens, included hot breakfast and consistently well-liked staff. Recent Expedia guests praise cleanliness and room condition, while Tripadvisor reviews reinforce the friendly-service theme. We'd put it high on the list for families and longer visits, especially if cooking and spreading out matter more than full-service polish. An indoor saline pool, gym and attached Starbucks round out a useful package.

The location suits Allentown restaurants and medical-campus visits better than a waterfront-focused trip. Crucially, Marriott introduced paid overnight parking on July 1, 2026, so older reviews promising free parking are outdated. Housekeeping is every other day, and there's no airport shuttle. We'd skip it if daily servicing or being beside Canalside is a priority.

• Best for: Families wanting kitchens and extra space; Longer business or medical-campus stays; Travelers exploring Allentown

• Watch out for: Overnight parking now costs extra; Every-other-day housekeeping; No airport shuttle

• Location: Allentown setting near restaurants and the medical campus, rather than the waterfront core.

• Rooms: Spacious studios and one-bedroom suites with full kitchens; recent feedback on condition is strong.

• Cleanliness: A consistent strength in recent Expedia feedback; Booking.com scores cleanliness 8.8/10.

• Service: Friendly, accommodating staff earn repeated praise across Expedia and Tripadvisor.

• Amenities: Included hot breakfast, indoor saline pool, fitness center, guest laundry, Starbucks and lobby bar.

• Fees and surprises: Paid parking began July 1, 2026; pets incur a nonrefundable fee, and housekeeping is every other day.
