#8 of 9 hotels in Brussels Airport & Diegem by Axel's take. Brussels Airport & Diegem is #9 of 9 places to stay in Brussels. The best hotels in Brussels Airport & Diegem, ranked · Where to stay in Brussels

Axel's take: 7.8/10

Comfortable for an airport stop, but don't leave shuttle arrangements to chance. a 4-star airport and business hotel in Diegem, scored for what it is.

This 4-star airport and business hotel in Diegem is a good pick for an overnight stop or meetings nearby, rather than a Brussels sightseeing break. Booking.com and Tripadvisor guests broadly praise comfortable rooms, cleanliness and breakfast, while Expedia’s overall feedback is similarly positive. We'd choose it for practical comfort: there’s a restaurant, bar and gym, and larger room categories offer considerably more space than the compact, single-occupancy Superbox rooms.

The weak point is transfer coordination. Recent Tripadvisor reviews repeatedly describe shuttle booking or pickup problems, alongside uneven reception service. The hotel confirms that transfers run on a schedule and require advance reservation; inclusion depends on your package. Parking and breakfast can also be extra. We'd skip it for a walk-everywhere city break, and confirm both airport journeys directly before relying on the shuttle for a tight connection.

  • Best for: overnight airport stops; business travelers in Diegem; drivers using a parking package

  • Watch out for: shuttle reservations and pickup coordination; compact Superbox single rooms; parking and breakfast may cost extra

  • Location: Practical for Brussels Airport and nearby offices; Diegem station is within walking distance, but central Brussels requires transport.

  • Rooms: Comfort scores well overall; check the room category carefully, especially the much smaller Superbox.

  • Cleanliness: Generally a strength across guest ratings, despite occasional reports of stained carpets or untidy shared areas.

  • Service: Many guests praise staff, but reception handling and shuttle communication are inconsistent.

  • Amenities: Restaurant, bar, breakfast buffet, gym, free Wi-Fi and garage with EV charging.

  • Fees and surprises: Parking, breakfast and transfers may be extra; Park, Sleep & Fly includes scheduled, prebooked transfers.
