Axel's take: 8.3/10

Spacious rooms and helpful staff make this a strong business base, with cooling caveats. a practical 4-star business hotel near Corferias, scored for what it is.

NH Bogotá Urban 26 Royal is a practical 4-star business hotel near Corferias, and we'd pick it for spacious rooms and consistently praised service rather than luxury extras. Booking.com, Expedia and Tripadvisor guests repeatedly highlight cleanliness and helpful staff; breakfast also earns plenty of praise. It's a strong fit for convention visits or work trips, with room to spread out and convenient access to the El Dorado corridor.

The main catch is temperature control: recent Booking.com and Tripadvisor guests report no air conditioning and rooms that become uncomfortably warm. Some guests also mention street noise or inadequate blackout curtains, so light sleepers should request a quieter room and confirm window coverings. Breakfast isn't included in every booking, and airport transfers cost extra. We'd skip it if reliable cooling is essential or you want to stay in the historic center.

• Best for: Corferias convention visitors; business travelers; travelers prioritizing spacious, clean rooms

• Watch out for: No air conditioning reported by recent guests; Street noise and variable blackout coverage; Breakfast and airport transfers may cost extra

• Location: Near Corferias and TransMilenio on the El Dorado corridor, rather than in the historic center.

• Rooms: Spacious rooms with work desks; cooling and blackout coverage are the main comfort caveats.

• Cleanliness: Strong overall, with repeated recent praise across Booking.com, Expedia and Tripadvisor.

• Service: Friendly, helpful reception and restaurant staff are recurring strengths.

• Amenities: Restaurant, bar, free Wi-Fi, meeting facilities and airport transfers; breakfast is well regarded overall.

• Fees and surprises: Transfers cost extra; check breakfast inclusion. NH says guest parking is free, while Expedia lists a charge—confirm directly.
