#6 of 9 hotels in Usaquen by Axel's take. Usaquen is #8 of 9 places to stay in Bogota. The best hotels in Usaquen, ranked · Where to stay in Bogota

Axel's take: 8.3/10

A reliable Usaquén base with welcoming staff, but choose your room carefully. a practical mid-range business hotel in Usaquén, scored for what it is.

Hotel bh Usaquén is a practical mid-range business hotel whose strongest selling point is convenience: Usaquén’s restaurants, market and Fundación Santa Fe hospital are close by. We'd pick it for a straightforward north-Bogotá stay rather than luxury. Booking.com and Expedia guests consistently praise cleanliness, helpful staff and breakfast, with positive service reports continuing into September 2026.

The main compromise is sleep. Road-facing rooms attract repeated noise complaints, and guests reported disruptive construction on Carrera Séptima in May 2026; check whether that work still affects the hotel. Reviews also flag rooms without air-conditioning that can feel warm, while Wi-Fi scores trail the other basics. Request a room away from the avenue. We'd skip it if quiet nights or dependable connectivity are essential.

  • Best for: visitors to Fundación Santa Fe; business travelers in north Bogotá; travelers exploring Usaquén

  • Watch out for: avenue-facing rooms can be noisy; road construction reported in May 2026; warm rooms without air-conditioning

  • Location: Walkable to Usaquén’s restaurants, market, Hacienda Santa Bárbara and Fundación Santa Fe.

  • Rooms: Functional rooms with desks and coffeemakers; request an avenue-away room and confirm cooling arrangements.

  • Cleanliness: A consistent strength across Booking.com ratings and recent Expedia feedback.

  • Service: Friendly, attentive reception and housekeeping receive repeated praise.

  • Amenities: Buffet breakfast, a basic exercise room and sauna; Booking.com’s Wi-Fi rating is comparatively weak.

  • Fees and surprises: Breakfast inclusion depends on the booking; airport transfers cost extra, parking is limited, and roadwork status needs checking.
