Peramis is a modern, 40-room 3-star near Lara Beach, not a beachfront resort. We'd pick it for personable service, generally clean rooms and more facilities than a simple hotel usually offers: an outdoor pool, gym, sauna and steam room. Tripadvisor and Expedia guests repeatedly praise the staff, while complimentary lobby drinks and breakfast add value. Shops, restaurants and the beach are within walking distance.

The main compromise is soundproofing. Recent guests describe thin walls and noise around ground-floor rooms near the lobby, kitchen and lift; aircraft noise also gets mentioned. Apartments can be in a separate building, so confirm the address and layout before booking.
