Axel's take: 8.5/10

A strong all-inclusive choice for food and friendly service, rather than polished luxury. a five-star all-inclusive beach resort on Antalya’s Konyaaltı coast, scored for what it is.

Porto Bello is a five-star all-inclusive resort on Konyaaltı’s coast, and we’d choose it for an easy beach holiday rather than high-end luxury. Tripadvisor and Expedia guests repeatedly praise the helpful staff, cleanliness and generous buffet selection; Booking.com’s overall ratings are also strong. Indoor and outdoor pools, family activities and a private beach reached through an underpass make it a practical base for staying mostly on-site.

The compromises are in the details: standard rooms are compact, some guests find the interiors tired, and soundproofing and evening entertainment can disturb quiet nights. The beach is pebbly, not sandy, and massages cost extra despite the all-inclusive label. It’s a strong pick for families and couples who prioritize food, service and convenience; we’d skip it for hushed surroundings or consistently luxurious rooms.

  • Best for: families wanting an easy all-inclusive holiday; couples prioritizing beach access and good food; travelers valuing friendly service over luxury finishes

  • Watch out for: compact standard rooms and uneven soundproofing; pebble beach rather than sand; extra charges for massages and treatments

  • Location: On Konyaaltı’s coastal strip, with an underpass to the private beach; not an Old Town base.

  • Rooms: The official site lists standard rooms at 22 m²; guests praise views but sometimes flag dated interiors and noise.

  • Cleanliness: A consistent strength across guest feedback, including recent Expedia and Tripadvisor reviews.

  • Service: Friendly, helpful staff are among the most consistently praised features.

  • Amenities: Indoor and outdoor pools, a gym, spa facilities, children’s activities and buffet dining support a mostly on-site holiday.

  • Fees and surprises: Massages and spa treatments cost extra; the official site identifies the hotel as independent, not Choice Hotels.
