#3 of 9 hotels in Konyaaltı Beach by Axel's take. Konyaaltı Beach is #4 of 6 places to stay in Antalya. The best hotels in Konyaaltı Beach, ranked · Where to stay in Antalya

Axel's take: 8.3/10

A strong city-and-resort combination, but the rooms fall short of fresh five-star luxury. a five-star all-inclusive city resort above Konyaaltı Beach, scored for what it is.

Rixos Downtown Antalya is a five-star all-inclusive city resort: a strong pick for combining pool days with exploring Antalya. Its gardens, sea-view rooms and included Land of Legends admission and transfers give it broad appeal, especially for families. Recent Expedia, Tripadvisor and Trip.com guests repeatedly praise helpful staff, comfortable beds and cleanliness. Food feedback is mostly positive, although not everyone finds the buffet worthy of the brand.

The clearest compromise is the accommodation: dated furniture comes up across several sites, including otherwise enthusiastic reviews. This is not a step-straight-onto-the-sand resort either; its pebble beach requires a walk or shuttle. Peak-time buffet crowds, cats around dining areas and restrictions on included à la carte meals also deserve attention. Management confirms staged refurbishment, so ask about work near your room. We'd skip it if freshly renovated interiors and effortless beachfront access are your priorities.

Best for: families wanting Land of Legends access; travelers mixing sightseeing and resort days; couples who value gardens and sea views
Watch out for: dated room furnishings; pebble beach reached by walk or shuttle; cats around dining areas
Location: A park-side city base above Konyaaltı Beach, rather than a directly beachfront resort.
Rooms: Comfortable beds and appealing sea views, but recurring reports of tired furniture.
Cleanliness: Generally praised across sites, despite occasional housekeeping complaints.
Service: Friendly, helpful staff are one of the most consistent strengths in recent reviews.
Amenities: Outdoor pools, a heated pool, spa, fitness facilities and included Land of Legends admission and transfers.
Fees and surprises: À la carte inclusions are restricted; some dining costs extra, and staged refurbishment warrants checking.
