#6 of 9 hotels in Lara by Axel's take. Lara is #5 of 6 places to stay in Antalya. The best hotels in Lara, ranked · Where to stay in Antalya

Axel's take: 7.1/10

A practical beach base with helpful staff, but uneven room upkeep. a simple 3-star beach-area hotel in Lara, scored for what it is.

Tourist Hotel Antalya is a simple 3-star in Lara, best treated as a budget beach base rather than a resort. We'd consider it for a short, low-fuss stay: the private beach is a short walk away, there's a seasonal pool, and sea-view rooms give it an edge over basic airport accommodation. Recent Expedia and Trip.com guests often praise the staff, housekeeping and breakfast.

Room upkeep is the catch. The hotel says it completed renovations in 2026, yet guests staying that summer and autumn still describe worn fittings and maintenance problems alongside positive reports. Breakfast also divides opinion. The official site now specifies bed-and-breakfast only, despite all-inclusive descriptions elsewhere. We'd skip it for polished rooms, a comprehensive resort experience or sightseeing on foot: central Antalya is roughly 10 kilometres away.

  • Best for: budget-conscious beachgoers; short stays near the airport; travelers prioritizing sea views over polish

  • Watch out for: uneven room maintenance; city centre requires transport; conflicting meal-plan descriptions

  • Location: In Lara, a short walk from the private beach; around 10 kilometres from the airport and city centre.

  • Rooms: Compact rooms with sea-view options; recent guests still report worn fittings despite the stated 2026 renovation.

  • Cleanliness: Housekeeping receives frequent praise, though cleanliness is not uniformly rated across sites.

  • Service: Helpful, welcoming staff are a recurring strength, with some exceptions in problem handling.

  • Amenities: Seasonal outdoor pool, beach access, Wi-Fi and free parking; confirm seasonal facilities before arrival.

  • Fees and surprises: Officially bed-and-breakfast only, with the beach restaurant separate; verify inclusions rather than trusting older all-inclusive listings.
