Axel's take: 8.6/10

A strong Cleveland Clinic choice, with caring service and convenience worth paying for. An upscale full-service hotel connected to Cleveland Clinic, scored for what it is.

This upscale, full-service hotel makes the most sense for Cleveland Clinic visits: the indoor skyway removes a major logistical headache. We'd strongly consider it for patients and families who want comfort and dependable support close at hand. Recent Tripadvisor and Expedia guests repeatedly praise helpful staff, clean rooms and easy hospital access; Booking.com also scores comfort highly. Two restaurants and room service make staying close to the hospital easier, while the Club lounge earns especially warm feedback from guests booking access.

The trade-off is value: you're paying for convenience, not a cutting-edge luxury retreat. Some recent guests say rooms could use updating, and breakfast and parking generally cost extra. An August 2026 Tripadvisor guest reported hallway updates, so ask about current work. There's no pool, and we'd choose downtown instead for a nightlife-focused city break.

• Best for: Cleveland Clinic patients and families; Medical-campus business travelers; Guests prioritizing attentive service

• Watch out for: Breakfast and parking cost extra; Some rooms could use updating; Confirm any current hallway work

• Location: Indoor skyway access to Cleveland Clinic is the standout; less convenient for downtown nightlife.

• Rooms: Spacious, comfortable rooms earn strong feedback, though some guests find the decor ready for an update.

• Cleanliness: Strong overall ratings across sites; occasional housekeeping lapses do not define the broader feedback.

• Service: Warm, helpful staff are a consistent strength, with particular praise for Club lounge hosts.

• Amenities: Two restaurants, room service, free Wi-Fi and a 24-hour gym; no pool.

• Fees and surprises: Parking and most breakfast bookings cost extra; an August 2026 guest reported hallway updates, with current scope unconfirmed.
