7.3/10
A practical business base, but unreliable room cooling keeps it from being a strong pick.
This modern 4-star business hotel suits Parkstadt Schwabing work trips better than sightseeing on foot. We'd consider it for generally clean, spacious rooms, often-helpful staff and a breakfast buffet that guests repeatedly praise. Booking.com and Expedia feedback supports those strengths, while Meliá lists a gym, sauna and restaurant. The U-Bahn is roughly ten minutes’ walk away, so exploring central Munich means using transport.
The main reservation is temperature control: Tripadvisor, Expedia and HolidayCheck guests report overheated rooms and ineffective cooling across spring and summer 2026, sometimes with fans supplied instead. Confirm that the cooling problem has been resolved before a warm-weather stay. Some recent guests also describe worn rooms or uneven service. Parking and breakfast can cost extra. We'd skip it if dependable air conditioning or an Old Town doorstep matters most.
