For four in one room, start with SpringHill Suites in Downtown & LoDo: two queens, sofa seating and breakfast. Limelight, also in LoDo, is best for Union Station and airport rail. The Art Hotel in Capitol Hill offers the most space in a conventional room. For value, try The Source in RiNo or Hampton in Glendale. Days Inn in Capitol Hill is the lowest-cost option, but its doubles, tight space and nighttime noise are significant compromises.
How to choose

- Choose The Art Hotel Denver, Curio Collection by Hilton if you want more floor space near the museums.

Questions families ask
Will we get two queen beds or two doubles?
Most of these rooms have two queens, even where other room descriptions say doubles. Confirm the exact bedding on your reservation, especially at Limelight, Grand Hyatt and Warwick. Days Inn genuinely has two full-size double beds, which give each pair less sleeping width. Avoid run-of-house reservations when two guaranteed regular beds matter.
How much space do four people need?
The difference is substantial: Vīb has 248 square feet, while The Art Hotel and Warwick offer around 450. Grand Hyatt sits between them at 392. SpringHill adds sofa seating, although a verified floor area is unavailable. Residence Inn offers a separate bedroom and kitchen, but the children share a double sofa bed rather than a regular bed.
Can we add a crib or rollaway?
Do not assume either fits or is permitted. Limelight and Warwick prohibit rollaways in these room categories, while Vīb offers neither cribs nor rollaways. Grand Hyatt lists both free on request, but rollaway eligibility in its two-queen room needs confirmation. SpringHill’s crib information conflicts, so arrange one directly before relying on it.
Does a room for four cost much more than a room for two?
Not necessarily. SpringHill and Hampton show relatively little difference between their four-person room and their cheapest room for two on the same night. The Art Hotel has a noticeably larger step up. Also compare breakfast, parking and mandatory hotel fees: a lower room rate can be less useful when those extras are excluded.
Which Denver neighborhood works best without a car?
Downtown and LoDo are the strongest starting points: Limelight sits beside Union Station, and SpringHill works well for Ball Arena and walks into LoDo. The Art Hotel suits museum-focused days. RiNo access varies, with railway tracks complicating walks from The Source. Glendale offers practical family hotels, but downtown sightseeing generally needs transportation.
