A practical car-based stay, not a walkable Denver sightseeing base. Good value and a solid hotel selection help, but the weakest access and doorstep scores leave this car-oriented base last.

This is a practical longer-stay base, not a substitute for Cherry Creek North's shopping streets. Around Colorado Boulevard and Alameda Avenue, everyday shops and restaurants sit alongside wide roads and parking lots. The Cherry Creek Trail is the useful exception: a calmer walking and cycling route, with Infinity Park and Four Mile Historic Park providing reasons to spend time locally.

Choose it when you have a car, need this side of town or have children and a low-key schedule. Downtown sightseeing becomes a journey rather than a stroll, and Colorado Boulevard is unappealing to explore on foot. The proposed 4 Mile entertainment district remains stalled; do not book expecting it.
