The Luce is a renovated 4-star beachfront resort, replacing the old Postcard Inn after reopening on June 11, 2026. It’s a strong pick for a beach-and-pool break: Tripadvisor, Expedia and Booking.com guests consistently praise clean, comfortable rooms, welcoming staff and easy beach access. The retro styling feels more considered than a standard chain hotel, and the large heated pool gives you a good alternative to the sand.
The catch is that the full resort experience is still taking shape. Baby Turtle Beach Club remains advertised as coming soon, so don’t book assuming it is open. A mandatory destination fee and separate parking charge also deserve attention. Early feedback is overwhelmingly positive, but the post-reopening review base is small. We’d choose it for a sociable coastal getaway, not for an established luxury resort with every facility operating.
