Kimpton Sawyer is a stylish, upscale 4-star in Downtown Commons, and we'd put it high on the list for a Kings game, concert or downtown weekend. Tripadvisor and Expedia guests repeatedly praise the welcoming staff, clean rooms and comfortable beds. The rooftop pool and Revival bar give it a genuine social draw, while restaurants and Golden 1 Center are right outside.
The trade-offs are mostly about the extras: a nightly amenity fee and paid valet parking make this less straightforward than the room alone suggests. Breakfast is another limitation; guests describe room-service breakfast rather than a proper sit-down hotel breakfast.
