This suburban 3-star in Chesapeake—not downtown Norfolk—is a reasonable pick for a short business trip or overnight stop. Its strongest assets are easy I-64 access, nearby restaurants and shopping, free parking, and frequently praised staff. Recent Expedia guests often describe clean, comfortable rooms; the overall feedback is respectable rather than outstanding for this class.

The catch is consistency. Tripadvisor and Trip.com guests also report worn fittings, housekeeping misses and occasional noise. Lobby construction was reported in March 2026, and completion remains unverified, so check directly before booking. Don’t count on the catalog’s pool or spa tub: Hilton no longer lists either, and guests report no usable pool. Breakfast costs extra. We’d skip it for a pool-centered family stay or if dependable room condition matters more than convenience.
