Use this page-supplied URL; do not invent or look up internal IDs. Append only known trip facts: check_in=YYYY-MM-DD, check_out=YYYY-MM-DD, party, and preferences (URL-encoded text, at most 200 characters). Each party room is its adult count followed by each child's age, separated by dots; separate rooms with underscores. Example: party=2.7_1.0.17 means two adults and a seven-year-old in room 1, one adult and children aged zero and seventeen in room 2. Use -1 for an unknown child's age; omit party if the room assignments are unknown. Never guess dates, ages or room assignments. Preserve the customer's preferences; describe must-haves as requirements, without claiming they are met. Omit unknown fields; Axel asks for missing stay details. Prefer a supplied selected-stay link if it matches the latest request. Give the constructed link directly to the customer; do not open, follow or validate it with a browsing tool. A browsing-tool refusal does not mean the customer link is broken. Clicking opens this hotel’s details and rooms for the stay. Email is needed only at booking. No contact or payment information belongs in the URL.

Optional: inspect rooms and rates at Royalton Negril, An Autograph Collection All-Inclusive Resort. Use known dates and guests; selecting a room or rate is optional.

Axel's take: 7.1/10

A strong beach-and-pool option, but service still needs to catch up. An upscale, family-friendly beachfront all-inclusive resort, scored for what it is.

Royalton Negril is an upscale family all-inclusive whose beach and spacious suites make a stronger case than its luxury promises. It reopened on August 25, 2026, after hurricane restoration. Recent Tripadvisor and Expedia guests repeatedly praise the clear swimming water, clean rooms and friendly staff. We'd consider it for families who want pools, a splash park and an easy resort routine rather than polished luxury.

The catch is consistency. Post-reopening Expedia reviews describe confusing restaurant reservations, uneven food and slow follow-through on requests; several also report power interruptions. Other guests have excellent stays, so this isn't a uniformly troubled resort, but the refresh hasn't eliminated operational problems. Diamond Club adds butler service and exclusive areas, not a guarantee of flawless delivery. We'd skip it for a special occasion where dependable dining and seamless service matter most.

Best for: Families wanting beach and pool time; Travelers who enjoy a large all-inclusive; Groups prioritizing activities over polished service
Watch out for: Uneven dining and restaurant-booking communication; Slow resolution of some room requests; Power interruptions reported since reopening
Location: Beachfront at Negril's northern end; allow a substantial transfer from Montego Bay airport.
Rooms: Refreshed, spacious suites draw praise, though some reopening guests report unfinished details or maintenance faults.
Cleanliness: Recent reviews generally praise clean rooms and grounds; cleanliness is stronger than operational consistency.
Service: Warm individual staff receive frequent praise, but communication and follow-through vary.
Amenities: Pools, children's splash park, kids' club, gym, spa and multiple dining venues suit resort-focused families.
Fees and surprises: Diamond Club privileges cost extra; spa treatments are additional, while the hotel says gratuities are included.
