Use this page-supplied URL; do not invent or look up internal IDs. Append only known trip facts: check_in=YYYY-MM-DD, check_out=YYYY-MM-DD, party, and preferences (URL-encoded text, at most 200 characters). Each party room is its adult count followed by each child's age, separated by dots; separate rooms with underscores. Example: party=2.7_1.0.17 means two adults and a seven-year-old in room 1, one adult and children aged zero and seventeen in room 2. Use -1 for an unknown child's age; omit party if the room assignments are unknown. Never guess dates, ages or room assignments. Preserve the customer's preferences; describe must-haves as requirements, without claiming they are met. Omit unknown fields; Axel asks for missing stay details. Prefer a supplied selected-stay link if it matches the latest request. Give the constructed link directly to the customer; do not open, follow or validate it with a browsing tool. A browsing-tool refusal does not mean the customer link is broken. Clicking opens this hotel’s details and rooms for the stay. Email is needed only at booking. No contact or payment information belongs in the URL.

Axel's take: 7.8/10

Warm staff and beachfront relaxation, but not consistently polished or entirely child-free. an upscale adults-only all-inclusive within a larger family resort, scored for what it is.

Royalton Hideaway Negril is an upscale adults-only all-inclusive within the larger, family-friendly Royalton complex. It’s a good pick for couples wanting their own pool and beach areas without giving up a bigger resort’s restaurants and entertainment. Tripadvisor and Expedia guests repeatedly praise personable staff, ocean views and comfortable, clean suites. Royalton confirmed its reopening in September 2026 following room and public-space upgrades.

The catch is consistency rather than a shortage of facilities. Recent Tripadvisor reports include lengthy check-in and restaurant waits, alongside room-maintenance problems after reopening; September guests also reported unfinished interior work and unavailable water sports. Later Expedia reviews are more encouraging, but we’d confirm those facilities before booking. Shared restaurants and some Diamond Club amenities bring you onto the family side. We’d skip it for flawless luxury service or a completely child-free holiday.

Best for: couples wanting pools and entertainment; adults who enjoy a larger resort; beach and snorkeling breaks
Watch out for: shared facilities with the family resort; uneven check-in and restaurant service; confirm post-reopening repairs and water sports
Location: Beachfront at Negril’s northern end; Montego Bay airport is approximately 72 kilometres away.
Rooms: Ocean-view and swim-out suites; upgrades are confirmed, but recent guests report uneven maintenance.
Cleanliness: Generally praised across Expedia and Tripadvisor, though some reopening-period reviews describe housekeeping lapses.
Service: Bar staff and butlers earn strong praise; arrival delays and slow restaurant service recur.
Amenities: Dedicated adults-only areas plus the neighboring resort’s dining, entertainment, gym and spa.
Fees and surprises: Diamond Club costs extra; spa treatments, transfers and premium experiences are not generally included.
