Hotels in Minneapolisa modern 5-star downtown high-rise
8.9/10
A strong downtown luxury choice, with excellent rooms and occasional service gaps.
Four Seasons Minneapolis is a modern 5-star downtown high-rise, and a strong pick for a luxury city break. Recent Expedia and Tripadvisor guests repeatedly praise the immaculate rooms, skyline views and thoughtful staff, especially for celebrations. Mara, the spa, indoor pool and seasonal outdoor pool give you good reasons to spend time in the hotel. Its Skyway connection and position near the river and North Loop make the location practical, too.
The caveat is consistency rather than comfort. Some Tripadvisor guests describe restaurant and room-service experiences that fall below Four Seasons expectations, although the broader feedback remains strongly positive. Pool seating also draws occasional complaints during busy periods, and valet parking costs extra. We'd choose it for a pampering weekend or comfortable business stay; skip it if guaranteed poolside quiet or flawless dining service is essential.
