#4 of 9 hotels in Porta Nuova & Isola by Axel's take. Porta Nuova & Isola is #6 of 11 places to stay in Milan. The best hotels in Porta Nuova & Isola, ranked · Where to stay in Milan
Axel's take: 8.6/10
Generous rooms and helpful staff make this a strong Porta Nuova base. an upscale 4-star business hotel in Milan’s Porta Nuova district, scored for what it is.
NH Collection Milano Porta Nuova is an upscale 4-star business hotel that gets the important things right: generous rooms, comfortable beds and helpful staff. Recent Tripadvisor and Expedia guests repeatedly praise the space, cleanliness and breakfast selection. With Corso Como’s restaurants and Porta Garibaldi station nearby, it’s a strong pick for business trips and city breaks where room comfort matters more than being beside the Duomo.
The trade-offs are mostly practical. Tripadvisor and Trip.com guests flag street noise and imperfect soundproofing, while the gym is small rather than a reason to book. Some guests mention tired details or housekeeping misses, but these sit against a broadly positive cleanliness record. Parking is limited and charged separately; check whether breakfast is included. We’d skip it if silence or a historic-center doorstep is your priority.
-

-

-
Amenities: Restaurant, lobby bar, buffet breakfast, free Wi-Fi and a small gym.
-
