Axel's take: 7.8/10

A good Laureles base for location and friendly service, less convincing on upkeep. an independent 4-star city hotel in Laureles with some dated rooms, scored for what it is.

Inntu is an independent 4-star in Laureles that we'd choose for the neighborhood rather than polished facilities. Restaurants and cafés surround Segundo Parque de Laureles, making meals and local exploring easy. Booking.com and Expedia guests repeatedly praise the helpful staff and cleanliness, and the included buffet breakfast adds practical value. It's a good base if you spend most of your day out.

The weak point is upkeep: recent Expedia and Tripadvisor reviews describe tired interiors, damaged flooring and occasional air-conditioning problems. Wi-Fi feedback is inconsistent enough that we'd hesitate to recommend it for essential video calls. The hotel advertises a therapeutic spa pool, not a conventional swimming pool; confirm access charges and reservations before counting on it. We'd skip Inntu if fresh interiors or dependable leisure facilities are priorities.

• Best for: travelers exploring Laureles; couples who enjoy neighborhood restaurants; sightseers prioritizing location over polish

• Watch out for: dated rooms and uneven maintenance; inconsistent room Wi-Fi; confirm spa-pool charges and access

• Location: Beside Segundo Parque de Laureles, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

• Rooms: Generally comfortable, but recurring reports flag worn flooring, firm beds and maintenance issues.

• Cleanliness: A consistent strength across guest ratings, despite complaints about physical wear.

• Service: Friendly, helpful staff earn repeated praise; problem resolution is less consistent.

• Amenities: Buffet breakfast, restaurant, terrace and free parking; the hotel advertises a therapeutic spa pool.

• Fees and surprises: Spa services and transfers cost extra; recent guests also report unexpected nightly charges, so request an itemized total.
