A clean, friendly Laureles base, provided nightlife noise won’t spoil your stay. a straightforward mid-range hotel beside Laureles’ nightlife strip, scored for what it is.

Hotel Vivre is a straightforward mid-range city hotel, not a luxury four-star experience. It’s a strong pick for exploring Laureles: restaurants, supermarkets and La 70’s nightlife are close, with Estadio metro roughly eight minutes away on foot. Tripadvisor, Booking.com and Expedia guests consistently praise cleanliness and helpful staff, including reviews from 2026. Included breakfast and air-conditioned rooms make it a practical, good-value base.

The main compromise is sleep. Guests across several sites describe nearby bars playing music into the early morning, particularly in street-facing rooms; advertised soundproofing doesn’t reliably solve it. Request a higher room toward the back, though quiet isn’t guaranteed. Standard doubles also have relatively narrow beds, so couples may prefer a larger category. We’d skip it if peaceful nights matter more than being near the action.

• Best for: nightlife-minded couples and friends; travelers exploring by metro; value-focused city breaks

• Watch out for: late-night music in street-facing rooms; narrow beds in standard doubles; limited parking—confirm ahead

• Location: Just off La 70, with plentiful dining and roughly an eight-minute walk to Estadio metro.

• Rooms: Air-conditioned and straightforward; standard doubles have a 1.40-meter-wide bed, with larger beds in higher categories.

• Cleanliness: A consistent strength across Booking.com, Expedia and recent Tripadvisor reviews.

• Service: Helpful, welcoming staff draw repeated praise, including in 2026 reviews.

• Amenities: Included breakfast, free Wi-Fi, Bambou restaurant, an elevator and a 24-hour front desk.

• Fees and surprises: Transfers and laundry cost extra; the hotel advertises limited free parking, while Expedia lists none—confirm directly.
