Axel's take: 8.7/10

Choose Park 10 for generous suites and warm service, not cutting-edge luxury. a traditional upscale all-suite hotel in El Poblado, scored for what it is.

Park 10 is a traditional upscale all-suite hotel, and a strong pick if you value space and personal service over contemporary design. Booking.com and Tripadvisor guests repeatedly praise the large rooms, comfortable beds, helpful staff and breakfast. Its quieter El Poblado setting puts Provenza and Parque Lleras within walking distance without placing you directly amid their nightlife. We'd choose it for a comfortable city base with old-school character.

The trade-off is condition rather than comfort: several recent Booking.com guests describe dated interiors or fittings needing attention. That makes the hotel's own five-star positioning worth tempering; expect established elegance rather than uniformly polished luxury. The metro is a longer walk, and airport transfers cost extra. We'd skip it if modern finishes and faultless upkeep are priorities.

• Best for: couples who value spacious rooms; travelers seeking restaurants without nightlife on the doorstep; business travelers who prefer traditional hotels

• Watch out for: dated interiors and occasional worn fittings; longer walk to the metro; airport transfers cost extra

• Location: Walkable to Provenza and Parque Lleras; guests generally appreciate the quieter setting.

• Rooms: Generous suites and comfortable beds are strengths; some recent guests flag aging finishes.

• Cleanliness: Strong overall cleanliness ratings, with occasional housekeeping details criticized.

• Service: Friendly, helpful staff receive consistent praise across guest-review sites.

• Amenities: Lussac restaurant, buffet breakfast and gym; confirm gym condition if essential, following an April 2026 complaint.

• Fees and surprises: Airport transfers and early or late check-out carry charges; reserve parking ahead.
