Axel's take: 7.2/10

Helpful staff and useful extras, but maintenance and access need more consistency. A simple independent 3-star hotel in Lekki Peninsula II, scored for what it is.

Atlantic Palms Suites is a simple 3-star in Lekki Peninsula II, not Ikeja—a crucial correction when planning your stay. We'd consider it for a budget-conscious Lekki visit: an outdoor pool, restaurant and two-bedroom suite options give it useful breadth. Google’s overall rating is positive, while recent Hotels.com guests repeatedly praise helpful staff and good food.

The reservation is consistency. Reviews from 2025 and 2026 describe maintenance shortcomings and flooding around entrances; housekeeping feedback ranges from very clean to missing essentials, with a particularly poor July 2026 report. Several guests also raise concerns about the surrounding area. These aren't universal experiences, but they make this a qualified recommendation rather than an easy one. We'd skip it for an airport stopover or if dependable upkeep is your priority; confirm road access, room condition and breakfast coverage before arrival.

• Best for: Budget-conscious Lekki visitors; Groups needing two-bedroom suites

• Watch out for: Lekki location, not Ikeja; Uneven maintenance and housekeeping; Reported entrance flooding and surrounding-area concerns

• Location: Off Alpha Beach Road in Lekki Peninsula II; inconvenient for an airport-focused stay.

• Rooms: Air-conditioned rooms and larger suites are listed; bathroom fittings and repairs draw recurring criticism.

• Cleanliness: Many positive reports, but missing supplies and a detailed July 2026 cleaning complaint weaken consistency.

• Service: Helpful staff and responsive management are recurring strengths, though experiences vary.

• Amenities: Outdoor pool, restaurant, bar, spa services and free parking are listed; confirm Wi-Fi availability.

• Fees and surprises: Confirm how many guests breakfast covers and any transfer charges; the official website could not be accessed.
